Our first transnational project meeting took place in Linz from 18th to 19th of February in Linz. Representatives of the partner organisations participated in this meeting.
For the Caritas für Menschen in Not Michaela Haunold, Katharina Schmid and Herbert Schustereder, for the Caritas Subotica Gabor Ric, for the Caritas Ambrosiana Chiara Lucchin and Sabrina Ignazi, for the Caritas Alba Iulia Mária Récsei, Áron Székely and Orsolya Korodi and for the Caritas Bosne i Herzegovine Ivona Zurovac, participated at the meeting.
The aims of the Meeting were to get to know the project partners personally, to clarify the organisational procedure and to exchange experiences about the situation of Roma in the different countries and about successfully implemented projects.
On the first day of the meeting, we primarily discussed organisational matters and the situation of Roma in the different countries. One important subject was to generate our project-structure-plan together. Therefore we illustrated the upcoming three years as a timeline and together we defined the required tasks until the successful project end.
On the second day we continued our work on the project-structure-plan and fixed milestones and the dates of our next meetings. Furthermore we determined our interview guideline for the interviews with experts and people of the target group.
After these two days all project members were motivated and ready to start with the work for the manuals.
